When I first scripted this out, Cheapy had much more dialogue, going on and on about random things that "could be" in the new Infamous game. Werewolves, Godzilla, gun-toting elephants... It was basically playing with the idea of people buying a "brand name" franchise without bothering to see what the new entry is all about. I know I'm guilty of doing just that a time or two.
